Fifth Third Field
Facility
Dedicated in April 2002, Fifth Third Field is home to the Toledo Mud Hens, the AAA affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. This open-air, natural-grass stadium includes approximately 8,500 seats and 28 suites, and is located in the historic Warehouse District of downtown Toledo. Thr project included the construction of the new baseball stadium and public plaza areas, and the restoration of several buildings. The state appropriated $5.4 million toward the effort.
