Classic Park
Facility
A naming rights agreement in fiscal year 2006 between the city of Eastlake and the Lake County Captains baseball team included a name change for the Great Lakes Baseball Stadium to Classic Park. It serves as the home of the Lake County Captains, Class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians.
Current Project
The stadium, located in Eastlake, houses 15 suites, 4,500 fixed seats, and 1,500 lawn seats. The park opened in 2003, and state funds totaling $850,000 were invested in the $19.5 million project.
