Edinburg Veterans' Memorial
Current Project
Edinburg Township, located in Portage County, will create a veterans' memorial utilizing a $35,000 appropriation from Am. Sub. H.B. 562 of the 127th General Assembly. Although a small stone exists to memorialize the township's war veterans in the town cemetery, the new memorial will be installed in the more visible town center. The memorial will include flags representing the branches of the military, a seating area, and an eternal flame.
