Ballpark Village
Facility
The city of Dayton is undertaking a $230 million redevelopment project along the Great Miami River in the northeast quadrant of Dayton's downtown. The Ballpark Village development will feature public entertainment venues, along with a mixture of housing, retail, and commercial development, and will be located adjacent to the Dayton Dragons' minor league baseball stadium.
Current Project
The project was appropriated $2 million in Am. Sub. H.B. 562 of the 127th General Assembly.
