City of Avon Stadium Complex
Facility
The City of Avon is developing a 121-acre site that will include a minor league baseball stadium and a new YMCA, among other facilities.
Current Project
State funds of $200,000 have been appropriated in Am. Sub. H.B. 699 of the 126th General Assembly to assist with the new baseball stadium, which would be home to a franchise of the Frontier League. The Frontier League is a professional, independent baseball organization with 12 teams in seven Midwestern states. The City of Avon is currently fundraising for this project and completing infrastructure work at the site.
