Broad Street Historical Renovation
Facility
The project calls for a redevelopment of Elyria’s Broad Street area. This includes the demolition of several existing commercial buildings, renovation of existing structures, and construction of several new buildings.

The project has a $300,000 state appropriation in Am. Sub. H.B. 16 of the 126th General Assembly.
